Recognizing freedom, forming visions, mobilizing energy, and taking small steps forward
The process of life coaching (also known as "personal coaching") is applicable to a wide range of topics and concerns. These could be traditional business concerns involving your job and profession, but they could also be a very personal matter. Of course, it's possible that it's a combination of the two.
In every aspect of life, questions may emerge that we are unable to solve on our own and for which counsel from family and friends is ineffective.
Your life coach, as an impartial, professional dialogue partner, does not criticize, condemn, or have an agenda or purpose for you. This allows you to say what you wouldn't dare to think yet secretly desire.
Not only your wishes, but also your own visions, can be realized. And once you have the vision, you can use your own resources to propel you in the direction you want to go. Self-efficient action not only feels wonderful, but it also has a better chance of succeeding than waiting for someone else to take over your life.
Life coaching is a short-term intervention. It is usual to schedule between one and ten sessions in order to clarify important life questions. You decide how often and how long you want to work on your issue.
